CNET Abrar Al-Heeti October 5, 2026

During the demonstration, the Kodiak truck easily navigated surface streets, including making tight turns and dodging rows of parallel-parked cars and trailers. We made our way to the highway on-ramp rather slowly and carefully, picking up speed to 55 mph once we hit the roadway. When we really got going, it all felt remarkably ordinary, with the truck weaving through lanes and dodging construction cones without any trouble.

There’s No Such Thing as an AI-Ready Culture

HBR Sarah Jensen Clayton et al. October 5, 2026 $Subscription Based

The challenge is that most organizations are much better wired to perform than to transform. Attributes critical to transformation—including speed, agility, and action orientation—are among those least characteristic of organizations today. To achieve this dual mandate, they ultimately need a culture of adaptability: the capacity to flex as strategy, technology, and work evolve. Five recurring patterns of behavior expand an organization’s capacity to adapt.
